Processing Unit

Our company has a processing unit, where various methods of grading, sorting, washing, drying, packing, etc. take place. Our highly experienced procuring team source quality human hairs from village hair collectors (hackers), temples, and other bulk sources. Using the pre-wash process, we discard the shorter hair and then sort the eligible hair into different sizes ranging from 6 inches to 32 inches. After this, we wash and ready them for the post-wash process. Strengthened hair are selected for washing and the lice are carefully separated & destroyed. We categorize these hair into different sizes, and comb & bundle them as per customers' requirements.

We have employed the most skilled and experience women at or unit, who execute all the processes efficiently. In this way, we provide employment to the rural women of Andhra Pradesh. Also, the working environment is very healthy and we make use of no machinery for the processing of our products.
